Partners in WoodFuelWalesWoodfuel Wales is a project set up and run by the Welsh Timber Forum, the Forestry Commission, Wales OPET Cymru and the National Energy Foundation. It is funded by the Welsh Assembly Government. The Welsh Timber Forum was set up in September 1999 by a number of individuals working in wood-based industries in Wales. They had the vision of an organisation which could work for them and represent them inside and beyond Wales.The Forum aims to represent and support SMEs working with or wishing to work with Welsh timber, by providing a channel for consultation between the SME sector in wales and public / private sector organisations; providing a networking and awareness raising opportunity across the breadth of the SME timber sector in Wales; helping develop the Welsh timber supply chain both short and long term and to support marketing of Welsh timber products; developing interaction with colleges and university departments and facilitating and encouraging group projects and activities. Dulas Ltd is a renewable energy company with 20 years experience in the industry at an international level, from resource assessment to system design and installation, consultancy and R&D.
