Woodfuel Wales is a project set up and run by the Welsh Timber Forum, the Forestry Commission, Wales OPET Cymru and the National Energy Foundation. It is funded by the Welsh Assembly Government.
The Welsh Timber Forum was set up in September 1999 by a number of individuals working in wood-based industries in Wales. They had the vision of an organisation which could work for them and represent them inside and beyond Wales.
